| The Truth About Student Life | 20/02/18 |

M O R N I N G  I almost feel like I've forgotten how to write a blog post, so the format of this post might be a bit 'up in the air'. Therefore, before I delve into things, here's a quick disclaimer... On the 26th December, I uploaded a blog post surrounding the topic of social media, and the influence I feel it has on the mental health of its users. Since then, I have been absent from this blog, and largely absent from social media in general, because I feel as though I've had nothing worth saying recently. I would much rather only upload when I am bringing a little something useful to the internet that even if only one person found it interesting, it would at least have a purpose.  This leads swiftly on to the subject of this post. Student life, and the truth about how it feels to experience daily life as a young adult, studying at University. I promise to not sugar coat the finer details, and to accurately portray the common notions of being a student...

| Does The Internet Influence Your Mental Health? | 26/12/17 |

A F T E R N O O N | SHOP MY OUTFIT: | COAT:  New Look | TEE:  Reserved | TROUSERS:  New Look | TRAINERS: H&M  | The internet is such a strange world, and it is in fact its own world - so far from reality yet so close, it redefines society conceptually to be honest. The internet can bring such wonderful things into the world: the announcement of a new baby, an endless supply of fashion inspiration, the top news at the fastest rate, and so many amazing memories and conversations can be shared between the beautiful people on this planet. The internet is an extraordinary place, and even more so as someone who has grown up in this time of technology. I bloody love the internet and all it brings to the world, I honestly think the internet is such a great platform for humanity to connect, share and create. However, I have been wondering my mind recently, quite intently, and have found myself shying away from the internet, and social media platforms. Despi...

| 20 Things I've Learned In 20 Years...How Has This Happened?!?! | 28/11/17 |

H A P P Y   B I R T H D A Y   T O   M E ! 2 0 ! | OUTFIT | Tee:  Neon Rose | Earrings:  Asos | Jacket: Heelys | Trousers: Stradivarius  | Shoes: Mifani  | Clutch Bag: Asos  | Saying goodbye to my teenage years today is a disorientating feeling. Seven years of the valid excuse 'but I'm just a teenager' and the comfort of not yet reaching adulthood and responsibilities was calming. However, today I teenage no more, so I thought it would be interesting to reflect and to give an insight into 20 things I have learned in 20 years. HOW HAVE I BEEN ON THIS PLANET FOR TWENTY YEARS?!?!  Please, grab a cuppa and enjoy.  1. Turning 20 years old is scary, lol. 2. University is an experience I would 100% recommend to anyone, even though it can be stressful. 3.  Sleep and your diet completely alters how you feel: not enough sleep and you become grouchy; a poor diet and you lose all motivation to do an...

G O O D  M O R N I N G | O UTFIT | Sunglasses: Ralph Lauren  | Tshirt: Asos  | Scarf: Burberry (fake lol)  | Jeans: Asos  | Cardigan: Liz Claiborne | Boots: Office  | SUP GUYS! How are we all doing this morning?  I am currently sat on my bed in the late afternoon, with a hot cup of tea to hand (hopefully I won't forget about it), and I am really digging deep in my thoughts in terms of what I want to talk about today. A stressed student, on the cusp of several deadlines and all I can think about is this blog post. Blogging is a funny thing, sometimes it is my ultimate escape where I can just unwind and spill out onto the page whatever springs to mind. But sometimes, blogging can feel overwhelming, like I am being forced to think about my reality in its most raw state, and sometimes life is not all fun and games, and I just don't really want to come to terms with my busy mind.  Before I babble on about life and bore you all...

| A Surprising New Love... | 14/11/17 |

G O O D  M O R N I N G | OUTFIT | Jacket:  Asos | Top: Adolescent  | Jeans:  Asos | Boots: Asos  | Hello again, and thanks for returning to my little space on the internet. How are we all doing today? Are you thinking about the 'C' word yet? Have you had too much caffeine this morning? Are you reflecting back on last weekends antics? Do you feel happy? Stressed? Is the cold weather pissing you off yet?  I know what you're thinking, ' I'm here to find out what this new found love is, why is she not giving me the answer... ' Well, my new found love,  Stranger Things aside, is the colour RED. For the season of AW17, I had set myself the goal of exploring more trends, and experimenting with my wardrobe through challenging myself to try and adopt the current trends to fit in with my existing clothes. Red was an in trend colour I felt dubious about, as I am not the biggest colour wearer, yet I have found myself picking up more and mor...

| I Can't Believe I've Done It... A Massive Thank You To YOU | 31/10/17 |

G O O D  M O R N I N G. As most of you will probably know if you follow me on any kind of social media, I recently hit 10,000 views on my little blog, and I could not be more thrilled. Over the past six months or so, since I began my lengthy university summer, I have really put my all into these blog posts. Aiming to ensure I have at least one to upload and publish every week has been both challenging and rewarding, but positively influenced by the scheduling feature on my blogging platform 'blogger'. I have also challenged myself in the sense of what I've been writing and the subjects I have been covering, for instance my festival/holiday styling saga that I feel went down a treat a few months back! It is exceptionally important to me that the content I am creating is actually somewhat interesting and captivating for you all, my lovely readers, so paying attention to small details and researching further the kinds of subjects that would be of interest to you. I thorou...

| Going Back To Basics | 10/10/17 |

Gooood morning, and welcome back to the blog. Today, I wanted to share with you another post from my first fashion photo shoot. This outfit, I feel, is perfect for this transitional period, and is also verging on the smart side of fashion (for me anyway, lol). I really enjoyed piecing together this outfit, and trying to experiment with my personal style. As you all undoubtedly know, I often opt for the comfier garments and that aspect of my style definitely is portrayed through most of my blog posts. But equally, trying something new is exhilarating, particularly with Autumn homing into view so I want to diversify my wardrobe. I am loving the tailored look, and am growing fonder of fitted tops that enhance my body a lot more than a baggy tshirt or oversized jacket would.  - OUTFIT - Sunglasses:  Hindsight Vintage Sunglasses Polo Top:  Topshop Tailored Trousers:  ASOS Boots:  Office Bag:  Michael Kors When playing around...

| Denim Dreams | 03/10/17 |

Good morning, how are we all?  I feel as though I have been slightly MIA recently, as I had been using the summer to write a lot of blog posts, and have them all scheduled ready, so I haven't ' needed ' to write a blog post in quite a while. Nonetheless, it feels great to be back in the blogging saddle, bringing some extremely exciting new ventures to my little spot in the internet world. Let's begin... - OUTFIT - Jacket:  ASOS Dress:  ASOS Cropped Tee:  Topshop Trainers:  ASOS Iron On Patches:  ASOS Badge: Courtesy of George :) You are probably wondering how on earth my £150 Nikon camera has managed to capture these insane shots, but in actual fact my poor little camera has been very much out of action. A few weeks ago, I managed to survive the experience of my first fashion shoot. The lovely Mike from Now Photography (link to his site  here ) took some shots of me for the blog, and after 4 hours of shooting I c...
