What better time is there to blog than at 12:30am, with a (still) raging hangover from last night's antics and the looming thought of waking up to my siren-resembling iPhone alarm at 9am, to get up and ready for another studious week of university? Exactly, now is the perfect time. P.S I am fully aware 9am isn't early, but it is for me:):):)

This little ensemble pretty adequately sums up my summer attire this year, as each of these items have been worn about 336+ times already and are continuing to do so through the coming colder months. Although, my trusty loafers are not particularly tights/socks friendly (or weather resistant) so I'm feeling these tapestry gems might have to take a back seat until spring.

... 12:58am - Eyes just about remaining open. Also forgot about my cup of tea, shit.

I feel as though the secret to a good staple outfit is definitely comfort, and not just how practical the item is, but also how you feel when you're wearing it. For instance when I pop on a denim jacket and pair of round shades, despite the fact I may resemble a slightly feminine John Lennon; I can't help but feel great. Being confident in yourself is by far one of the most important aspects of life on a personal level, because ultimately your confidence is going to correlate with your happiness and so in terms of well-being its a little bit essential. In a nutshell, I'm gonna rock my round sunglasses till the sun goes down and if your 'thing' is a basic tee or a scuffed pair of lived in trainers, then I suggest you wear them at every possible moment and fricken embrace your style!

Anyway, before I ramble on anymore about trying to justify my regular, guilty Asos purchases, I am going to bid you all farewell. Secondly, I am going to struggle awfully in regards to getting out of bed tomorrow if I don't get myself some Z's...

| Festival / Holiday Look No.1 | 20/06/17 |

HELLO HELLO! So this is going to be a little 'saga' of looks I've selected that I think would be super appropriate for your summer holidays, or equally just as good as a festival outfit. I am aiming to make them as realistic as possible, in the sense that each outfit is something that I would actually wear on holiday, and also so that each look is relatively affordable and could incorporate items you already have hidden in your wardrobe, alongside more trend-based pieces. Hopefully, this will be a success and may inspire you while planning your own holiday outfits. I don't know about you guys, but I find it ever so tedious trying to plan holiday outfits, so I feel like this would help me! Lastly, I am going away soon myself, so I am hoping to use these blog posts to document outfit ideas that I will be able to wear myself! ENJOY. - OUTFIT - Top:  Pretty Little Thing Skirt:  ASOS Sunglasses:  Spitfire Earrings:  ASOS Espadrilles:  ASOS...

| Let Yourself Grow | 14/07/17 |

Morning everyone.  As the summer months are passing us by, I challenge you to stop and think, for almost a mid-year reflection. What have you achieved this year? How many times have you stepped out of your comfort zone and pushed the boundaries? Is there anything you have managed to do this year that you never thought you could?  It is so important for us to occasionally pause from our busy schedules that never naturally give us a breather, and to take an alternative perspective on our every move in order to reflect on whether we are allowing ourselves to grow. To become a better version of ourselves, with more experience, deeper emotions, and fonder memories.  Today, I aspire to use this blog post to share my own reflection, and the way I am truly feeling in the midst of 2017. Having this platform to share my thoughts is becoming such a great ordeal for me, to be able to express myself in a way I wouldn't usually, and to have a sense of purpose to my life that...

| Does The Internet Influence Your Mental Health? | 26/12/17 |

A F T E R N O O N | SHOP MY OUTFIT: | COAT:  New Look | TEE:  Reserved | TROUSERS:  New Look | TRAINERS: H&M  | The internet is such a strange world, and it is in fact its own world - so far from reality yet so close, it redefines society conceptually to be honest. The internet can bring such wonderful things into the world: the announcement of a new baby, an endless supply of fashion inspiration, the top news at the fastest rate, and so many amazing memories and conversations can be shared between the beautiful people on this planet. The internet is an extraordinary place, and even more so as someone who has grown up in this time of technology. I bloody love the internet and all it brings to the world, I honestly think the internet is such a great platform for humanity to connect, share and create. However, I have been wondering my mind recently, quite intently, and have found myself shying away from the internet, and social media platforms. Despi...
