| I Can't Believe I've Done It... A Massive Thank You To YOU | 31/10/17 |

G O O D  M O R N I N G. As most of you will probably know if you follow me on any kind of social media, I recently hit 10,000 views on my little blog, and I could not be more thrilled. Over the past six months or so, since I began my lengthy university summer, I have really put my all into these blog posts. Aiming to ensure I have at least one to upload and publish every week has been both challenging and rewarding, but positively influenced by the scheduling feature on my blogging platform 'blogger'. I have also challenged myself in the sense of what I've been writing and the subjects I have been covering, for instance my festival/holiday styling saga that I feel went down a treat a few months back! It is exceptionally important to me that the content I am creating is actually somewhat interesting and captivating for you all, my lovely readers, so paying attention to small details and researching further the kinds of subjects that would be of interest to you. I thorou...

| First Year Away From Home | 26/09/17 |

So for today's post, I am marking the end of my first year living away from home. It has been a crazy and wonderful first year experiencing the world from my new home away from my family, and I really have enjoyed every minute of it. Therefore, I deemed it was necessary to pop up a blog post so that I can reflect back to this day, and to remember the joyous first year away from home. This time last year... Despite the fact it doesn't even seem like all that long ago I was living back at home, getting my dinner cooked for me and my washing done, I do believe I have learned a great deal in this time. From learning to cook (a bit) to managing my time between social time, uni work and housework, it has all been such a great experience. I have become incredibly independent, and it is something I feel as though I have taken to really well, I love being independent and making my own way around the world. Learning to be brave and manage adult tasks has been interesting, and I ...

| A Classic Look Ft. Wooden Chair | 15/08/17 |

Picture this: its 6:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon; the sun is peeping through the rain clouds from a showery day and I am sat, with a prominent smile upon my face having scored myself a great new job. A happy gal calls for an uplifting post... Since posting more frequently on the blog, I feel the sense of urgency for these posts to maintain a creative spark, to prevent the mundane and consequently losing my readership because posts have lost their mojo. A few weeks ago, my sister and I experimented with the images I use for these posts, by firstly shooting inside, and having my sister do my makeup in a way I would never choose myself. I love this makeup look though, glowy! Also, I feel this post has an edge of intimacy about it, as the images are less about the physical clothes I am wearing, and more about the mood, the expression and the overall vibes these pictures create. (hence the bizarre tiny chair propped up on this stool - artzy lol). With social media becoming...

| Comfortable In Your Own Skin | 04/08/17 |

Morning all, I hope today brings you all things kind and positive. Following on from a few weeks ago, where I briefly spoke about ways in which I have allowed myself to be at my most natural, I thought it would only be right to provide a small update on how things have progressed since. In terms of makeup and mindset, how have the two months changed me as a person, or have they? Ironically, in this post I have been 'glowed up' with a swipe of lip gloss, a pink lid, filled in eyebrows and a touch of highlight - although aside from the shoot for this post, I have refrained from wearing makeup completely recently. I must admit that at no point have I felt tempted to cover up my under-eye circles or blemishes. Initially, it was difficult to accept my makeup-less face in public especially, because I felt self conscious about what people would think in terms of having blemishes and spots. But having left my skin alone for long enough, the spots and blemishes have become smal...

| My First Festival Experience. Thoughts From The Heart | 01/08/17 |

Morning all and welcome to a new week. Today's post is surrounding the much anticipated review of my first festival experience. As you may know if you've kept up-to-date with the blog recently, I attended FIB in Benicassim, which is a music festival! Today I wanted to share with you how I felt about my first festival, and whether I would recommend FIB as a festival I feel you cannot miss out on. ... THE JOURNEY In order to catch our flight, we had to be at Luton airport before 4am, so it was an incredibly early start to the day, wearily on about an hours sleep - thank goodness for Pret  and their delicious coffee that was the perfect pick-me-up. We then got on our two hour flight, and had about half an hour afterwards to stretch our legs before clambering onto the coach which had almost too good air conditioning because snoozing became impossible due to freezing to death. 3 hours later and we arrived in Benicassim. We applied our sun cream on thick, were hoarded in l...

| A Minimalist Life Ahead? | 25/07/17 |

GOOD MORNING YOU GORGEOUS BUNCH! How are we all doing? I hope your week has started smoothly and that you have a lovely day. So today's post is another sort of reflective one that has a dash of a personal touch. I was thinking about how I have changed as a person over the last year alone, and was thinking about what I have done and what I could do, to continue this journey of personal growth. So here's a little post all about that. Enjoy x - OUTFIT - Sunglasses:  Topshop Vest Top:  Primark Jeans:  ASOS Sliders:  Primark As a Fashion Blogger, Fashion Marketing Student and all-round Fashion LOVER, it can become almost second nature to collect and hoard clothing. Always scouring the web for new clothes and styling ideas can amount to a whole lotta money and a whole lotta material.  Aside from clothes, I own very little and I am always clearing out my things so that I have the absolute bare minimum. I hate clutter. However, in t...
