| I Can't Believe I've Done It... A Massive Thank You To YOU | 31/10/17 |

G O O D  M O R N I N G.

As most of you will probably know if you follow me on any kind of social media, I recently hit 10,000 views on my little blog, and I could not be more thrilled. Over the past six months or so, since I began my lengthy university summer, I have really put my all into these blog posts. Aiming to ensure I have at least one to upload and publish every week has been both challenging and rewarding, but positively influenced by the scheduling feature on my blogging platform 'blogger'. I have also challenged myself in the sense of what I've been writing and the subjects I have been covering, for instance my festival/holiday styling saga that I feel went down a treat a few months back! It is exceptionally important to me that the content I am creating is actually somewhat interesting and captivating for you all, my lovely readers, so paying attention to small details and researching further the kinds of subjects that would be of interest to you. I thoroughly enjoy writing these posts, and delving into deeper subjects that are of greater difficulty I find are incredibly stimulating for me and aid myself and my writing skills/techniques.

I have also tried to enhance the image quality by introducing the lovely Mike from Now Photography to the blog. I have had two photo shoots now, and I have enjoyed them incredibly, so I am looking forward to creating even more with Now Photography, especially as you guys seem to love the photos we have produced as a team! I feel as though my styling choices and the overall 'feel' of the looks I create can be portrayed much better this way, as you can see the details of the outfits much better, and the images generally just look much, much better!

I have been utterly blown away by the reader response since I have been changing the blog up a bit, so it makes me truly feel as though all my hard work is worth it. I really want to ensure my blog remains relevant and something worth reading, which means feedback is much appreciated. So thank you! I genuinely love writing and shooting blog posts. Although I must say, styling for blog posts can all too often be tedious and stressful, and I'm not really too sure why, I think I just get very self-critical and strive for perfection when styling an outfit, which when using your own wardrobe to create looks, means perfection is not always an option without spending more money on ASOS than I already do lol. If you have any suggestions on how to not get stressed out lol, do inbox me because I would love some ideas on how to ensure styling isn't a chore. It's very much a love/hate situation, so for now I am juts trying to plan outfits when I think of them and jotting them down, so that its not too overwhelming when a shoot day is approaching.

To top it all off, I reached my personal milestone of 10,000 views, which excites me even more for my blogging future. I would love to be able to do this much more frequently if I had the audience to make it economically worthwhile, but for now, I am simply giving all the time I do have to continue my much loved hobby, and that makes me more than happy. 10,000 views on this blog has taken over two years, so thrilled isn't even going to cut it, I am honestly over the moon and over the past couple of weeks the viewing count has continued to grow, so again, thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.

I will see you all next week for a new blog post, and hold tight because my next post is going to include some shots from my latest photo shoot and I cannot wait for you guy to see them!

Peace out x

| Festival / Holiday Look No.1 | 20/06/17 |

HELLO HELLO! So this is going to be a little 'saga' of looks I've selected that I think would be super appropriate for your summer holidays, or equally just as good as a festival outfit. I am aiming to make them as realistic as possible, in the sense that each outfit is something that I would actually wear on holiday, and also so that each look is relatively affordable and could incorporate items you already have hidden in your wardrobe, alongside more trend-based pieces. Hopefully, this will be a success and may inspire you while planning your own holiday outfits. I don't know about you guys, but I find it ever so tedious trying to plan holiday outfits, so I feel like this would help me! Lastly, I am going away soon myself, so I am hoping to use these blog posts to document outfit ideas that I will be able to wear myself! Keeping up with the casual-attire

HAPPY FRIDAY GUYS!  I hope you're having a fabulous Friday doing crazy fun stuff (in which case this may be happy hangover Saturday because you're not likely to be browse- happy tonight) - anyway...       I thought I'd blog about something a bit more personal, an outfit that's more down-to-earth in the sense that it represents my day-to-day style. I am definitely guilty of being a jeans and a nice top kind of gal, and for that, this outfit accurately represents my laziness/ casual daily attire.                Sunglasses: Topshop Leather jacket: Heely's Smock top/ dress: Asos  Choker: Asos Jeans: Topshop Sandals: ?????  I must admit, the only recent item in this outfit is the choker, and I would definitely recommend taking a look on Asos if you're keen to try out a choker because I have lived in mine all summer. It's so comfortable and I managed to find a style online that I thought would suit my style and look ...

| Unwinding | 05/09/17 |

Morning you lovely lot! Today on the blog, I have a post all about being able to relax at the end of the day, and how I most like to unwind. We have such busy lives and schedules, that it is so important to take some time at the end of the day to chill out and declutter your mind from the thoughts of the day. Here are the five ways in which I best unwind, and maybe you too could have a think about how you allow yourself to relax. 1. Cuppa tea The most obvious(ly British) way to unwind is to grab yourself a cup of tea. For me, drinking a cup of tea is one of the single most effective and easiest ways to help me unwind. The whole tea experience is something to enjoy, making the perfect brew in your preferred mug, grabbing a couple of biscuits or the whole packet if you fancy it and sitting down to watch Netflix. Before almost completely forgetting that you made the tea but then suddenly saving it when its gone slightly luke warm and the disappointment on your face is unruly...
