Autumnal creations !

JUMPER: Noisy May
SKIRT: River Island
SHOES: Minnetonka
JACKET: Asos
SHOULDER BAG: Asos

Evening friends!!

This week I have really not found an opportunity to create a mid-week blog post for you all. Partly because I've been super busy, also because the weather has been rubbish and also because I am not yet 'Autumn ready' and therefore creating Autumn looks is proving difficult.

However, I've taken this evening to rustle up some ideas of what's in my saved basket on my Asos account and to show you a possible outfit that is perfect for this time of year.

I thought the use of white and nudes is particularly suited to this time of year - summery colours but with a different spin to incorporate the weather change. The roll neck jumper by Noisy May is really great for the end of August/ September because it is knitted but still lightweight and a loose knit, so you won't boil if the sun makes an appearance. It's also very reasonably priced, at £22. I paired it with a mini skirt from River Island costing £30 and I think looks super stylish (clearly I am having a fling with animal print at the moment - love it)! It has a leather appearance which makes it smarter in contrast with the slouchy look of the jumper. I would probably tuck the jumper into the skirt to add sophistication and to prevent the skirt looking drowned by the jumper! In order to sustain the neutral appearance of this outfit, but to also draw in a sense of Autumn, I found these gorgeous fringe boots from Minnetonka. The only downside of these funky boots is the fact that they're pricey, however if you are willing to spend a penny DEFINITELY pick up these bad boys. They're £90 and I may even indulge in them myself! They really take on board the current fringe demand this season but by being white, these boots stand out so so much - beautiful!
I am loving fringing at the moment and am desperate for a fringe jacket myself - I would recommend Ukglamorous for their fringe jackets as I have my eye on one of theirs!! Although, this suede jacket by Asos is a whole new level of cool. The biker jacket appearance and the fact it displays fringing on the arms/ back just adds so much excitement and statement to the item, I love this jacket. Again, it's a little pricey - at £130, however definitely go for it if you want to go crazy for fringing.
Last of all, more fringe!!! Asos have yet again aced the fringe look with their bags and this piece matches perfectly with the Minnetonka boots I was talking about earlier. It's only £28 which is brilliant and I don't think you can go wrong with it. It looks super comfy, great price, very current and it's a shoulder bag so if you do brave a short sleeved top, you won't have strap marks on your arm like you do with some bags - very very very irritating haha!

Hope you liked this spin of a blog post, I am hoping to upload a FASHION FRIDAY post tomorrow so keep your eyes well and truly peeled.

| Festival / Holiday Look No.1 | 20/06/17 |

HELLO HELLO! So this is going to be a little 'saga' of looks I've selected that I think would be super appropriate for your summer holidays, or equally just as good as a festival outfit. I am aiming to make them as realistic as possible, in the sense that each outfit is something that I would actually wear on holiday, and also so that each look is relatively affordable and could incorporate items you already have hidden in your wardrobe, alongside more trend-based pieces. Hopefully, this will be a success and may inspire you while planning your own holiday outfits. I don't know about you guys, but I find it ever so tedious trying to plan holiday outfits, so I feel like this would help me! Lastly, I am going away soon myself, so I am hoping to use these blog posts to document outfit ideas that I will be able to wear myself! Keeping up with the casual-attire

HAPPY FRIDAY GUYS!  I hope you're having a fabulous Friday doing crazy fun stuff (in which case this may be happy hangover Saturday because you're not likely to be browse- happy tonight) - anyway...       I thought I'd blog about something a bit more personal, an outfit that's more down-to-earth in the sense that it represents my day-to-day style. I am definitely guilty of being a jeans and a nice top kind of gal, and for that, this outfit accurately represents my laziness/ casual daily attire.                Sunglasses: Topshop Leather jacket: Heely's Smock top/ dress: Asos  Choker: Asos Jeans: Topshop Sandals: ?????  I must admit, the only recent item in this outfit is the choker, and I would definitely recommend taking a look on Asos if you're keen to try out a choker because I have lived in mine all summer. It's so comfortable and I managed to find a style online that I thought would suit my style and look ...

| Unwinding | 05/09/17 |

Morning you lovely lot! Today on the blog, I have a post all about being able to relax at the end of the day, and how I most like to unwind. We have such busy lives and schedules, that it is so important to take some time at the end of the day to chill out and declutter your mind from the thoughts of the day. Here are the five ways in which I best unwind, and maybe you too could have a think about how you allow yourself to relax. 1. Cuppa tea The most obvious(ly British) way to unwind is to grab yourself a cup of tea. For me, drinking a cup of tea is one of the single most effective and easiest ways to help me unwind. The whole tea experience is something to enjoy, making the perfect brew in your preferred mug, grabbing a couple of biscuits or the whole packet if you fancy it and sitting down to watch Netflix. Before almost completely forgetting that you made the tea but then suddenly saving it when its gone slightly luke warm and the disappointment on your face is unruly...
