| Festival / Holiday Look No.2 | 27/06/17 |

HEY HEY HEY!

I hope you're all having a great week, and have plans for a lovely weekend. So today I've got to share with you my second look inspired by festival season/ summer holidays. This look is a lot less feminine than last week, and so for those of you who couldn't relate to that post, hopefully this one will be more up your street!

Got those espadrilles out, yet again...

I feel as though this look is quite cool and chic, and almost slightly rock chick, so for those who aren't the most girly, this might be a look that inspires you more so. Despite the fact I rarely wear denim shorts, I do really like the fit of these. They're from Weekday, and are jet black. They fit snugly over the bum and round the waist, and surprisingly you don't end up with a huge gap between the denim and your tummy which looks so unflattering, so I think the fit of these are great. Also, even though they're quite short, they don't reveal any A$$$$$ as they cover everything nicely - which I love.

The last point of discussion is this awesome BUM-BAG! I ordered this online from Amazon, as I thought it would be super handy to have when I am in Spain at Benicassim, so I can have everything important to hand a.k.a passport, phone, money... I love this bag so much! It has a variety of sized zip up pockets, including one pocket that is faced towards you, which provides extra security and peace of mind when you're in a busy airport or in the midst of a music festival. It also looks great, and of good quality too, despite the fact it was so inexpensive. I would definitely recommend researching into Wallets King on Amazon if you're looking for one of these bad boys.

| First Year Away From Home | 26/09/17 |

So for today's post, I am marking the end of my first year living away from home. It has been a crazy and wonderful first year experiencing the world from my new home away from my family, and I really have enjoyed every minute of it. Therefore, I deemed it was necessary to pop up a blog post so that I can reflect back to this day, and to remember the joyous first year away from home. This time last year... Despite the fact it doesn't even seem like all that long ago I was living back at home, getting my dinner cooked for me and my washing done, I do believe I have learned a great deal in this time. Morning everyone.  As the summer months are passing us by, I challenge you to stop and think, for almost a mid-year reflection. What have you achieved this year? How many times have you stepped out of your comfort zone and pushed the boundaries?
