Romantic red by Mifani shoes...

Hello hello hello, and happy September! I hope you're all thrilled about Autumns arrival and the wardrobe that it brings!

Mifani Shoes have kindly given me the opportunity to collaborate with them, and after patiently waiting, my little red treasures have arrived so that I can blog about how wonderful they are - which they are.

Firstly, I think you should 100% check out their website because they have some absolutely beautiful shoes and a very unique range. Also, their prices are extremely affordable. I will put a link to their website at the end of this post.

So, I opted for some flats as I've recently been purchasing heels and boots, so I thought it was about time I went back to basics and found some stylish flats. As you may know, I am a huge fan of pointed shoes which is one reason why I fell in love with these. Also, I love the structure of these shoes. They have a small buckle on the outer of the shoe, however there is a slight twist in the sense that the buckles do not fasten the shoes - they have a clip which hold the straps together. I have never seen this method of fastening before but I must admit I love how edgy it is.

I also feel that these shoes are extremely versatile. They have a gloss finish and so are relatively smart, considering they're flats. Therefore, they'll look fab with a tea dress or maxi, but also will absolute rock a pair of jeans and a jumper - perfect for Autumn attire!

I would like to thank Mifani Shoes for introducing me to their beautiful collection, I will definitely be taking another peep at their website if I ever need a new pair of heels because I would say their heel collection is particularly strong!

How are we all doing this morning?  I am currently sat on my bed in the late afternoon, with a hot cup of tea to hand (hopefully I won't forget about it), and I am really digging deep in my thoughts in terms of what I want to talk about today. A stressed student, on the cusp of several deadlines and all I can think about is this blog post. Blogging is a funny thing, sometimes it is my ultimate escape where I can just unwind and spill out onto the page whatever springs to mind. But sometimes, blogging can feel overwhelming, like I am being forced to think about my reality in its most raw state, and sometimes life is not all fun and games, and I just don't really want to come to terms with my busy mind.  Before I babble on about life and bore you all...

| Does The Internet Influence Your Mental Health? | 26/12/17 |

A F T E R N O O N | SHOP MY OUTFIT: | COAT:  New Look | TEE:  Reserved | TROUSERS:  New Look | TRAINERS: H&M  | The internet is such a strange world, and it is in fact its own world - so far from reality yet so close, it redefines society conceptually to be honest. The internet can bring such wonderful things into the world: the announcement of a new baby, an endless supply of fashion inspiration, the top news at the fastest rate, and so many amazing memories and conversations can be shared between the beautiful people on this planet. The internet is an extraordinary place, and even more so as someone who has grown up in this time of technology. I bloody love the internet and all it brings to the world, I honestly think the internet is such a great platform for humanity to connect, share and create. However, I have been wondering my mind recently, quite intently, and have found myself shying away from the internet, and social media platforms. Despi...

| First Year Away From Home | 26/09/17 |

So for today's post, I am marking the end of my first year living away from home. It has been a crazy and wonderful first year experiencing the world from my new home away from my family, and I really have enjoyed every minute of it. Therefore, I deemed it was necessary to pop up a blog post so that I can reflect back to this day, and to remember the joyous first year away from home. This time last year... Despite the fact it doesn't even seem like all that long ago I was living back at home, getting my dinner cooked for me and my washing done, I do believe I have learned a great deal in this time. From learning to cook (a bit) to managing my time between social time, uni work and housework, it has all been such a great experience. I have become incredibly independent, and it is something I feel as though I have taken to really well, I love being independent and making my own way around the world. Learning to be brave and manage adult tasks has been interesting, and I ...
